Frances Hochschild specializes in coaching college students and early career professionals through every stage of the job search process—from career strategy and resume development to interview preparation and offer negotiation.  Her hands-on approach builds confidence and enables clients to develop the action plans they need to navigate today’s competitive job market and launch successful careers.  She has helped clients successfully land roles across a wide range of industries including finance, consulting, technology, marketing, and biotechnology.

Frances graduated with honors from Harvard College and earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she also has served as an advisor for resume reviews and mock interviews. Her career has spanned both client-facing and talent roles at leading consulting, investment banking, private equity, consumer, and executive search firms, and she recently decided to focus full time on early career coaching.
